Just released fresh new flavor from THE FACULTY entitled
"Shake that Sh**" produced by none other then Jake One, who brought us the hit single " Rock Kocain Flow" by Hip-Hop Legends De La Soul. "Shake that Sh**" is a lyrical, mind- altering, confidence-boosting track that truly connects the fans, justifiably, with a sense of Hip-Hop reality. In essence, THE FACULTY ! When asked what "Shake that Sh**" meant to Mr. Mondell he said, "Shake that Sh** is another way of saying, brush your shoulders off and keep stepping, (if a situation is out of your hands then there is nothing you can do except move on and shake that shit!!!)."

Trigonometry and Damon Mondell, aka Mr. Mondell, together make up THE FACULTY. Prior to working together, these two MC's were making music with two others in a group called Red Zone Fam. In 1998, Red Zone signed a major recording deal, but several months later, the label folded. In 1999 Damon and Trigonom broke off and started their own group now known as THE FACULTY. These artists are from coastal California (Oxnard). Performing as a cohesive unit for over nine years more then sets them apart; they know each other's strengths and the vibes flow naturally.

THE FACULTY'S mode is to create GOOD HIP-HOP MUSIC that will be around for generations. THE FACULTY sets themselves apart as entrepreneurs, who started their own independent label called D&H records. When asked what the future holds for THE FACULTY. TRIGONOM exclaims "Big Business!! We are very focused on putting out our hit record in 05! We are destined to lead to loyal listeners, as well as continue to perform rigorously world wide. As businessmen with experience, we want to continue to control our own destiny with our Record Label and publishing companies. And of course, we are open to negotiate distribution deals."
